Once the water pool facade stone problem occurs, it is difficult to clean up later, so it should focus on prevention. In the construction process, the following processes should be emphatically considered.

The specific means are as follows:

Precautions during construction:


1, the stone must be dry, clean the stone surface before use, the stone treated with protective agent shall not be eroded by rain before natural drying (more than 24 hours at normal temperature), the environmental temperature below 4℃ should not be constructed, the wet installation of the stone, with the protective agent used in conjunction with the better effect;

2, the design process to consider the elimination of caustic soda, as far as possible to design into a dry hanging form, consider the waterproof treatment of the structure, select water absorption and other physical properties meet the requirements of the stone material;

3, laying operations, should not be a large amount of water on the stone and wall, appropriate water to wait for the stone to dry before paving;

4, the stone construction process should be done in advance to prevent caustic soda preventive measures, strict control of the construction process, paste mud full and dense, and the stone back protective agent together to form a closed barrier to prevent the precipitation of water and alkali in the mortar;

5, adhesive mortar material to avoid the use of sea sand;

6, when the stone gap physical prevention, stainless steel sheet or PVC material should be straight, the slot should be cleaned and filled tightly, the stone and stainless steel plate should be bonded tightly, the bonding between the stainless steel plate should be controlled in the early stage of the size position, so that the board and the board are closely connected.


The treatment of caustic soda:


1, as soon as possible to the wall, plate joints, plate surface waterproof treatment, to prevent water from continuing to invade, limit the control of the continued expansion of caustic soda;

2, the use of stone caustic cleaning agent for cleaning, for part of the stone surface caustic caustic has a certain effect, before use, need to do a small sample test block to test the effect and decide whether to use;

3, the treatment effect is not ideal, water drying with epoxy polyurethane primer treatment;

4, such as the solution to the high-wall waterscape pool is to suggest that the designer change to stone dry hanging, the bottom of the pool is raised, and the pipeline can be hidden under the overhead, and on the basis of solving the problem of caustic soda, the pipeline can also be hidden.
